Fire is a sacred symbol that is wild and rapidly vanishes anything put into it. The path od fire is a path of rapid transformation. We can let go of our old stories, beliefs , dramas, pain, allowing to be renew and reborn. By releasing old stories we hand them over to the Spirit, step into deep healing on the level of the soul and embark ourselves on a journey of change. We need fire ceremony to heal, grow and change, and by that to dream our world into being.
How to do a fire ceremony?
You can do fire ceremony outside in your garden or on your balcony. But the fire doesn’t have to be big. All you need is a candle and a stick called “the death arrow”. You begin by setting the attention to release anything you want to let go of. It can be something that troubles you, your traumas, old stories, beliefs, your job, your ego, even your name. You blow all that you want to release into the stick then put it in the fire. You can also write down things you want to release on a piece of paper and then put the paper in the fire. Then, you bring all that you need right now in your life from the fire into the areas of the body that need the most healing. Mostly into the belly ( Yachay -), heart ( Munay), forehead (Yankay). Allow yourself to be overwhelmed by the warmth and for the shift to happen. Let the fire light the path of your healing. ✨💖🔥💫
